Dear HoosierMama?s Alumni,

One of the things that has always made this community special is how much we care about each other. On the field, that meant trusting teammates to have your back. As alumni, it means carrying that same spirit into how we treat each other at Alumni Weekend, reunion tournaments, and every space where HoosierMama?s gather.

To help us live up to those values, the Indiana Men’s Ultimate Foundation (IMUF) has adopted a Code of Conduct and Grievance Policy. The Code of Conduct establishes our shared standards for respect and inclusion, and the Grievance Policy outlines a fair, transparent process for raising and resolving concerns. Together, these tools are meant to support a culture where everyone feels welcome, respected, and safe.

Here’s what we’re asking of you:

• Look out for one another. If you see someone not being treated with respect, step in.

• Speak up. If you’re not comfortable addressing a situation directly, you can use the Grievance Reporting Form to let the IMUF Board know. No concern is too small, and no one should feel alone in navigating conflict.

• Lead by example. Each of us helps set the tone for what this community can be.

Let’s keep looking out for one another and making this community a place where everyone belongs.
